India’s First SFF Convention
We aim to organize an annual science fiction and fantasy convention in Kolkata — a gathering point for fans, creators, publishers, and scholars. Expect book fairs, cosplay, panel discussions, writing contests, film screenings, and more. The city that birthed many great thinkers deserves a world-class SFF event that reflects the rich imagination and linguistic diversity of our region.

The inaugural convention is planned for the end of 2025 and will be held over three exciting days in Kolkata. The event will feature academic presentations, paper readings, and discussions alongside fan-centric activities like quizzes, exhibitions, storytelling sessions, and fan art showcases. Designed to be accessible and welcoming to all, the convention will celebrate both the scholarly and playful sides of science fiction and fantasy.
